Vintage Hobnail White Milk Glass Epergne/ Bowl
There is a story with this item... it's actually a 6" inverted hurricane lampshade that still has the middle. It has not been punched out. Therefore it can not be used as a lampshade. I was given this item as a bowl w/ the glass frog inside. When I researched and could not find the item I realized it looked familiar... but upside down.
