Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

RETURN POLICY (VINTAGE INSPIRED/ CRAFTED)

Our Modern VINTAGE INSPIRED/ CRAFTED can be brought back for exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When purchasing any of our VINTAGE & ANTIQUE please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final for vintage.

EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE  ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

48 HOUR EXCHANGE POLICY

While all sales are considered final (pertaining mostly to vintage), we will take into consideration exchanges for items grossly misrepresented. Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis and you must contact us within 48 hours of being purchased. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

This means within 2 days of your item being purchased, you must e-mail us to let us know if you have issues with your purchase. Past the 48 hours window, exchanges/store credits are no longer considered.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your purchase upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
