Nourish and tend your heart & body with peppermint, rose hip and cardamom.  Blended with the intention to support the emotional, energetic and physical systems of the human experience. It is intended to support the heart to open, expand and soften. It is intended to support the systems that tend to digestion, immunity, inflammation, metabolism & collagen production.  

Directions for use: Steep 1 tablespoon per 2 Cups of Boiled Water / Steep 2 tablespoons to 5 Cups Boiling Water for 5 minutes or to taste. 

Ingredients: Peppermint Leaf, Rose Hips, Cardamom Pods. 

Precautions: Do not consume if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history or current condition of kidney stones or take lithium.
